Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.

This clinician will see patients with any mental health matters such as anxiety, depression, stress, suicidal thoughts, panic attacks. If you feel you need someone to talk to about mental health matters please do not be afraid to tell the receptionist why you want the appointment as this helps them to make the correct appointment for you and make sure you are seen as soon as possible.
